We need to talk.

You must offer access to a designated Stakeholder Scheme as from October 2001
You must consult the workforce on a choice of default Stakeholder Scheme - and allow the chosen scheme reasonable access to promote it to the workforce.
You must offer new employees access to the Scheme within 3 months of starting work with you.
Your employees are not compelled to contribute. If they do so, you must offer deduction from pay.
No compulsion for you the employer to contribute - YET!!!
